Third-Party Deliveries

  • Third Party deliveries are requests to have a package delivered to a remote location and delivered to a third address.

  • Third-Party deliveries are handled in the same manner as a remote pickup

  • Shipping labels may be conveniently emailed to third-party recipients using the SDE Customer Portal

Requesting Second Pickups

If you need an additional pickup after SDE driver collects your shipments, or wish to request a one-time change to your scheduled pickup time, you may schedule an On-Call pickup (additional fees apply).
